Yes. Daniel has over 30 years of hands on building experience. He is a qualified Carpenter, a Licensed Building Practitioner and a member of the New Zealand Certified Builders Association.
Yes. We can guide you through the planning stage and work alongside designers or architects where required. We also manage the consent process if your project requires it, ensuring everything is handled correctly.
No. We manage all subtrades and stages of your renovation, coordinating the team and sequencing the work so everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
If you have preferred trades, we’re happy to work with them as part of the project.
In most cases, yes. We’ll work with you to plan the project in stages to minimise disruption and keep your space as liveable as possible.
Our focus is on renovation projects where we can manage the process from start to finish, including bathrooms, interior & exterior alterations, and full home upgrades.
