At Daniel Wilkinson Builders Ltd, we’re a husband-and-wife team based centrally in Tangiteroria, working across Northland.
Daniel has been a Builder since he was 18 and has a strong background in home renovations, character restorations, and rural building projects. His work is grounded in craftsmanship, reliability, and a genuine respect for every home he works on.
Toni complements this with her passion for design, offering a creative eye for colour, space, and layout.
Together, we deliver a fully integrated building and renovation service — where expert workmanship meets thoughtful design, and every detail is built with care.

As members of New Zealand Certified Builders (NZCB), our work is covered under the comprehensive 10-Year Residential Guarantee. This unique cover is a safety net for your building project that’s only available when you work with a highly qualified NZCB approved builder.

We partner with only the best suppliers in New Zealand for materials and resources that are suitable for your project. We honour all specified warranties on the materials we supply.

Trust and open communication are a must when it comes to your home. We pride ourselves in keeping you involved and informed throughout your project.

We will respect your home as if it was our own. We guarantee we will leave the site clean and tidy when we have finished the job. To ensure your safety, we use an M-rated vacuum to remove hazardous construction dust from your home.
5. Quoting and Invoicing
We will respect your time by having all quotes and invoices delivered on time keeping your project on target.

We only work with the best and guarantee all sub-contractors have been vetted by us for their quality and price.
7. Variations
We will communicate any changes, additional charges or savings immediately. We pride ourselves on our ‘no surprises’ invoice.
